Hotel Front Office Manager Needed in Ventura (In-person)
Hours: Variable (Must be flexible - including weekends and holidays)
Pay Range: $70,000 - $75,000 yearly

Summary
As the Front Office Manager, you'll manage all aspects of the front office by overseeing the daily operations of the department, including the Front Desk, Reservations, Guest Relations, Door, and Bell Services. The role ensures exceptional guest experience, manages labor relations effectively, and supports efficient departmental functioning. As the primary point of contact for guests, the Front Office Manager works closely with the General Manager to uphold service standards, achieve operational goals, and foster team development.

· Bachelor's degree preferred, will consider applicable experience in Hotel Management/Business.
· Hotel Industry background and experience required.
· Must speak fluent English, bi-lingual Spanish highly desired.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Computer Applications: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc. required. Must have working knowledge of Hotel POS system and processes.
· Flexible availability in work schedule, some nights/overnights, weekends, and Holidays may be required.
