Summary
The Front Office Manager is a member of the hotel Management Team. This role is responsible for assisting in the overall management of Front Office Operations, including maintaining appropriate staffing levels at all times, coaching, counseling and developing the Front Office staff, responding to guest needs and upholding the Guest Service Principles in all matters.
Essential Functions
- Engages with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns when needed.
- Ensures proper staffing for Front Desk area.
- Hires, trains and develops Front Desk Associates.
- Oversees transactions, billing and rate management.
- Interacts with other departments to meet guest needs.

Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 4-6 years' related experience
- 3+ years management experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Leadership and team management skills.

Work Environment
Office work environment with business-casual dress; may require some standard of uniform; extensive contact with internal and external customers.

- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds, as well as to reach and bend. Must be able to stand or walk for 8 hours.
