Summary

LHH is currently partnering with a property management company actively seeking a professional and highly organized Front Office Leasing Coordinator for an ongoing temporary position with a leading property management company in Washington, DC. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and administrative experience who is comfortable in a front-facing office environment and can support leasing functions such as scheduling property tours and managing applicant communications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for residents, prospective tenants, and vendors—both in person and over the phone
  • Answer inquiries, resolve resident issues, and route messages to the appropriate staff
  • Schedule and coordinate property tours with prospective tenants
  • Prepare leasing documents, assist with application processing, and track the status of leases
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date digital and physical resident files
  • Support move-in/move-out procedures and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, email correspondence, mail distribution, and office organization


Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative, front desk, or customer service role (property management experience a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Yardi or property software experience is a plus
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain professionalism in a busy office setting
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with a strong focus on client service
