Duties Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all food safety guidelines are followed during food preparation. Handle cash transactions responsibly, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness in the front of house area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and other surfaces regularly. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed while adhering to food handling standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to management. Uphold health and safety standards by following proper sanitation practices. Qualifications Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or similar environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and food safety regulations is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with the role.
