Key Responsibilities: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and project managers to implement website features and ensure a seamless user experience Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements Perform thorough testing and debugging of WordPress sites to ensure functionality across different browsers and devices Optimize website performance, including page load times and overall user experience Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development or after deployment Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and WordPress updates Bachelors / Associates degree in a related major or relevant job experience 2+ years experience Proficiency in WordPress Experience with Elementor and other visual builders Ability to cleanly code and customize HTML, CSS, jQuery/JS, and PHP Responsive design and coding Detailed understanding of cross-browser support issues Knowledge of Adobe Programs (Photoshop, Illustrator) Experience with wireframing tools such as Figma Ability to optimize and prepare assets for web Ability to translate approved designs for other page layouts Excellent communication skills Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that requires a fast learner and flexible thinker Desire and ability to learn processes and protocols of the agency Works well in a team environment (you have to be cool) Bonus Skills: Creative eye for design Experience coding and cross-testing HTML emails Experience with GTM and Google Analytics set upBachelors / Associates degree in a related major or relevant job experience
