Job Overview

As a Front-End Software Engineer at Xelense, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to empower organizations with the right tools, methodology, and insights needed to create culture-led organizations. That practically means for the person that will undertake the role, will be responsible for developing intuitive and visually appealing web/mobile User Interfaces / User Experiences using Angular, Bootstrap, CSS, SCSS, and other modern front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end applications using Angular, Bootstrap, CSS, SCSS, and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend Engineers to create seamless and efficient user experiences.
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs to ensure smooth data flow and functionality.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications, following best practices for web development.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our products.

Requirements

• 4-10 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on Angular, Bootstrap, CSS, and SCSS.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience in integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.
