Schedule: Shifts may vary based on candidate availability. Job Duties: Provide excellent customer service Responsible for operation of the cashier and front end of store Responsible for the store when store management is not available Oversee cash handling and book keeping of store cash Handle customer concerns professionally and patiently Delegate out tasks to team members and follow up to confirm that all nightly duties are being completed timely Be a resource to the team in efficiently handling co-worker conflicts and maintaining productivity Schedule writing Run a cash register and accurately handle all transactions Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old Ability to lift 20 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally Ability to stand and easily move around for extent of shift Previous customer service or leadership experience is a plus Must have great work ethic and be reliable Positive, can-do attitude and friendly disposition towards others Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Shift: 8 hour shift Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
