Role Pitch We are looking for a Front End Software Engineer, to join our amazing team. As a Front End Software Engineer, you will be producing high quality code as part of a growing team. You will be developing solutions to meet business problems and helping to grow and nurture technology and processes in the pursuit of excellence.

Key Responsibilities Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:

• Work on development tasks, programming and reviewing Angular code
• Work as part of an Agile team
• Partner with the UX/UI team to produce a great website
• Propose improvements in the code, the processes, the tools, the standards, etc
• Grow your system and business knowledge
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement aiming for the highest quality and operational excellence
  
  

Description Attributes and Experience Required:

• Development experience with a strong foundation in OOP, Design Patterns, Clean code and SOLID principles
• Experience working as part of an Agile team
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, Typescript, CSS, HTML5, and at least one (1) year of Angular
• Knowledge in API-driven development
• Comfortable in engaging with a wide range of roles (juniors, seniors, other stakeholders) to collaborate on solutions and communicate technical ideas
  
  

The following would be an advantage:

• Experience in of Java 11/Java 17/JavaEE, Spring framework or Spring boot, Groovy, AngularJS, Vue.js
• Background in Payroll, HR or other financial domains

• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Excellent logical, analytical skills and attention to detail
• Self-starter, able to own, prioritize and plan own workloads
