Front-End Developer (Next.js / React / TypeScript)

Client: Motorsport & Gaming Industry

Location: Newcastle, UK

Hybrid working: 1-2 days onsite per week (UK-based)

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (potentially some flex upwards for a more experienced candidate)

Target start Date: May 25

We are looking for a Front-End Developer with experience in Next.js, React, and TypeScript to join our Newcastle based start-up client. This role involves working on high-performance web applications in the motorsport and gaming industry. While a small part of the role includes maintaining existing WordPress sites, the main focus is on front-end development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain multiple web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript
• Handle basic maintenance of some existing WordPress sites
• Work closely with designers to ensure high standards in UI and UX
• Expand technical skills with a focus on backend development
• Contribute ideas and insights, drawing from a passion for motorsport and/or gaming
