Position Overview:

The Front-End Developer will play a key role in the development of user-facing features for our projects, ensuring that our web applications are intuitive, efficient, and engaging. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, creativity, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user-facing features using front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and other services into the front-end.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and consistency across the team.
• Work with the development team to identify and resolve any front-end issues.
• Continuously improve the user experience by researching and implementing new technologies and techniques.
• Support the ongoing development and maintenance of the application, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, with a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React experience is a must).
• Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first design principles.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or similar.
• Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to collaborate with designers to implement them effectively.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Front-End Developer or in a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
• Familiarity with back-end technologies or full-stack development.
• Knowledge of design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Experience working in agile/scrum environments.
