Salesfire is looking for a creative and skilled Front End Engineer to help develop and enhance our customer-facing applications. With a strong focus on design, usability, and performance, you will play a vital role in creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for the Salesfire platform. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the user experience for thousands of eCommerce sites across the UK and beyond.

The part you’ll play

• Build new features into the Salesfire website and customer dashboard.
• Use the latest front-end technologies such as Vue, SSR and ES2015+ to keep our product up-to-date.
• Practice disciplined software engineering (e.g. code reviews, writing clean and pragmatic code)
• Contribute to the front end coding standards.
• Work alongside our design team to produce fast and easy-to-use interfaces.
  
  

The skills you’ll need

• Strong JavaScript development skills, understanding of new ES2015+ concepts and proficiency in Vue or other modern JS frameworks.
• Experience developing large-scale application software.
• Full knowledge of the DOM, new HTML5 constructs, and CSS3.
• Experience with Single Page Application development.
• Knowledge of the latest SaaS technologies.
• Proficient in developing features and creating fulfilling user experiences.
• A strong understanding of, and practical experience with, web application development.
• A sincere commitment to crafting readable and reliable code.
