The Customer Support Engineer will be viewed as a product and technology expert, working directly with Wise Systems customers and engineers to diagnose and resolve technical issues up to the point of bug diagnosis.
Communication with customers will range from interactions within our ticketing systems to phone and video conferencing sessions.
The Customer Support Engineer will accountable for driving closed-loop issue resolution within stated customer priority matrices and stated Service Level Agreements, driving increased customer satisfaction measured by ticket resolution surveys and customer discussions, and effective pattern recognition and issue prioritization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
0-2 Years of technical support experience
Provides basic technical support to customers, such as troubleshooting common problems and providing instructions on how to use software and hardware.
Basic troubleshooting skills
Clear and concise communication skills.
Basic issue resolution techniques.
Collaborates with teammates to resolve
customer issues.
Competent in AWS CLI and SDKs and can write basic scripts.
Basic understanding of Python syntax and basic scripting concepts.
Familiarity with basic observability tools and techniques.
Able to work under direct supervision and follow instructions.
Aware of SRE principles and practices.
