Job Summary & Key Responsibilities: Role and responsibility - The Tech lead will be responsible for driving end to end delivery of the program, attend requirement discussions with business stakeholders to finalise the FSD’s/Interface documents etc… In addition · Work with Tech Lead/Business stakeholders for requirement gathering/reviews and signoff’s · Liaise with the offshore team and SME’s during the project delivery phase · Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications · Support and collaborate with other internal/external consultants in consulting, workshops and delivery engagements A) Mentor junior IBM consultants in the practice and delivery engagements required experienced - To ensure success in the role you will possess the following skills – Strong development background Leading a small team Full lifecycle application design and development using Javascript – React.js – Node.js – Python Microservices development knowledge, engineer with a breadth of experience in a microservice architecture, and test-driven development. Proactively engage in the remediation of software issues related to code quality, security, and/or pattern/frameworks. Mentoring, guiding, and developing a team of developers with a focus on quality and best practice coding standards Knowledge in Javascript application development frameworks and demonstrate proficiency – React.js – Node.js – Python Must have banking project experience .
