About the Role As a Front-End Developer, you will be an integral part of our development team, working on two digital products: our current Doctr application and a yet-to-be-announced project. You will collaborate closely with our CTO and product designer. Responsibilities Develop and maintain front-end applications using React and React Native. Work with the product team to turn design concepts into functional, responsive user interfaces. Contribute to multiple telehealth products, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience across all platforms. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain clean and efficient code. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 5+ years of proven experience in front-end development with strong expertise in React and React Native. Experience designing and maintaining component libraries. Experience with Laravel Livewire. 2+ years of experience conducting code reviews and managing a team of developers. Experience with Angular and Ionic is a plus. Experience with Figma and a strong eye for design. Experience using Cursor or Copilot to convert Figma designs into code is a big advantage. Must be based in Canada. French proficiency is an asset. Experience working remotely in a team environment is a plus.
