Role Description:
The Interoperability Engineer is responsible for setting up interfaces between Clinisys applications and third-party systems (analyzers, information systems of customer or partner institutions). He is an expert in his field of expertise and is the customer's only point of contact during the intervention.
Responsibilities:
Working closely with your manager and the project manager during a new deployment.
Inform the project manager of his recommendations and possible technical risks.
Prepare interventions and associated documents if necessary.
Ensure that the Professional Services tool contains the necessary product licenses in the project and generate the key license file prior to on-site or remote installation.
Carry out the tasks / Project Actions assigned to him/her according to the schedule planned by the project manager, while respecting the estimates, and the satisfaction of the client.
Technical manager of the assigned tasks.
Customer training on-site or remotely.
Writing of intervention reports for each on-site intervention or at a distance, and transmission of the latter administrative services.
Transmit the result and the necessary information to the project manager after each intervention
Immediately alert the project manager or one of his managers to problems encountered
Ensure that the progress of all project tasks in the Professional Services tool is correct and up-to-date, that the time spent on your interventions is correctly and recorded according to the defined procedure.
Establish and maintain a good relationship with the customer.
Attend internal meetings and project meetings, managed by the client – with the project manager if necessary.
Participate in the drafting of technical documentation.
Propose product improvements and services to the project manager or his managers in order to improve delivery time and product quality.
Contribute to the team spirit and actively promote a customer-oriented approach
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of work and thinking
Experience in healthcare and ICT affinity
Experience in working with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) or Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
Knowledge of laboratory work processes
Healthcare communication standards such as HL7, ASTM, IHE...
Operating Systems, Networking, Virtualization
Languages: English at minimum, Dutch, German and/or French are an advantage.
