Job description Our Client: A FinTech company offering cutting edge Virtual Banking services and products to the Hong Kong market. We're looking for a Frontend Developer to work with the development team as well as Product and Design teams. As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for building state-of-the-art customer experiences and internal tools and public-facing web and mobile applications. Hands-on experience in using React Native and building modern JavaScript component applications are highly preferred. Role Overview: 1. Collaborate closely with product designers with a focus on new feature design and prototyping; 2. Be involved in the user experience design process, from wireframes and mockups through implementation and release; 3. Work closely with designers and business to define and implement elegant solutions to interesting problems; 4. Working closely with the design team to create a reusable component library; 5. Fast prototyping of new user interactions and iteration based on feedback from peers; 6. Emphasis on software quality and writing maintainable code using TDD, DDD and Continuous Integration and Delivery; 7. The technology stack is based predominantly on JavaScript using React and React Native. Ideal Profile: 1. Fluent with JavaScript, and experience building modern JavaScript component applications (ES2015, Flexbox); 2. Deep understanding of ReactJS or React Native; 3. An interest in providing a great user experience to users; 4. A keen learner with an ambitious and results driven personality, who loves to share with other engineers; 5. Experience collaborating on software projects with design and backend aspects; 6. Work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment; 7. Work in an iterative approach, driven by customer feedback and data insights; 8. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
