We’re looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to help lead our front desk team and ensure a top-tier guest experience. If you're passionate about luxury hospitality and thrive in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments, this is your chance to be part of something truly special.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee daily reception procedures and maintain the aesthetic of the welcome area.
• Support and guide front desk staff to ensure exceptional service.
• Resolve client issues and ensure every guest has a positive experience.
• Manage transactions and inventory of gift packages.
• Enforce uniform standards and coordinate with the Front Desk Manager.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years in a client service role and 1–2 years in a supervisor position.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A warm, energetic personality and a passion for high-end customer service.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
