Now Hiring: Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist

Location: LPT Realty – Wellington Branch Office

Hours: 20 hours per week (on-site)

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive team member to join our growing real estate office in Wellington, FL! As the Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our agents, clients, and guests—playing a key role in keeping our office running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet visitors and handle incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
  • Support daily office operations and communication
  • Help with light social media tasks and event coordination
  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming front desk environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic office setting
  • Basic knowledge of social media is a plus
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
