The Texas Institute for Neurological Disorders is looking for a enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our growing team!

A successful candidate will have the ability to multitask, complete job tasks efficiently, and work effectively as a team member in order to help our Neurologists provide excellent patient care in the front setting.
Requirements:
At least 1+ years customer service experience
Healthcare experience is a bonus
Proficient typing skills and computer knowledge
Ability to learn computer-based medical systems and protocols quickly
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual a plus
Duties and Responsibilities:
Scheduling appointments, collecting payments, scanning paperwork
Answer inbound telephone calls to provide assistance to patients for multiple providers.
Communicates effectively with patients, providers, and coworkers.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
