About the Role:
As Director of First Impressions, you will be the face of our company, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient front office environment. You will report to HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients with a warm, professional demeanor at the front desk
- Answers incoming calls, forwards calls, takes messages, and notifies appropriate personnel when visitors arrive
- Monitor and manage the company’s general info email inbox
- Opens, sorts, and disperses incoming mail to appropriate personnel or department
- Prepares and meters outgoing mail and packages and ensures the postage meter has sufficient funds
- Process UPS shipping and coordinate other delivery services as needed
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized break room (food, drinks, utensils)
- Assist with scanning and filing documents (both digital and physical)
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as requested
Qualifications:
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Must have strong customer service skills, including an energized, positive, people-first approach
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
- Previous receptionist or office experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Must be able to work 8-hour workdays, Monday through Friday, with the shift being 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM
Compensation:
$18–$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Excellent benefits package.
