Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at our newly constructed office near Galleria Market in Gurugram.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Schedule and manage appointments efficiently, coordinating with various departments as necessary.
  • Receive and answer phone calls promptly, directing calls to the appropriate personnel and taking messages when required.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and office area including maintenance of stationary, office supplies etc
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiently to support daily operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations.


Skills Required

  • Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Excellent and Polite Communication Skills in both English and Hindi
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Prior experience in a similar role
