Position Summary:

As our Front Desk Host, you will be the face of Bolt Farm Treehouse, creating a memorable welcome, a smooth stay, and a warm farewell for every guest. You will assist with check-in and check-out, respond to inquiries, support on-site events, and curate meaningful interactions to ensure guests’ satisfaction and delight. Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome guests, supporting check-in, check-out, and accommodation assignments.
• Conduct property tours and assist with guest requests, including restaurant reservations, car services, and local recommendations.
• Proactively resolve guest complaints and facilitate re-bookings.
• Assist in event planning and execution, including setting up and breaking down dining experiences.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and guest-facing areas.
• Oversee merch & sales inventory
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with cloud-based applications.
• Proficient in Google Suite and computer skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with a track record of success.
