### **Job Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests/clients as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to clients, candidates, and visitors.
- Maintain and manage office appointments, meetings, and schedules.
- Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate with internal departments for any visitor or guest requirements.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, including placing orders when necessary.
- Support HR and recruitment teams as needed.
### **Required Skills & Qualifications:**
- **Excellent Communication Skills:** Must be fluent in English with clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.
- **Education:** Minimum of 12th grade completed; a graduate degree is preferred.
- **Experience:** Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- **Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).**
- **Strong Organizational Skills:** Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy office environment.
- **Customer-Centric Attitude:** A friendly, approachable, and helpful personality.
