We are currently looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Executive/Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

### **Job Responsibilities:**

  • Greet and welcome guests/clients as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to clients, candidates, and visitors.
  • Maintain and manage office appointments, meetings, and schedules.
  • Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for any visitor or guest requirements.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, including placing orders when necessary.
  • Support HR and recruitment teams as needed.

### **Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • **Excellent Communication Skills:** Must be fluent in English with clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.
  • **Education:** Minimum of 12th grade completed; a graduate degree is preferred.
  • **Experience:** Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • **Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).**
  • **Strong Organizational Skills:** Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy office environment.
  • **Customer-Centric Attitude:** A friendly, approachable, and helpful personality.
  • **Professional Appearance and Demeanor.**
