Description

We are looking for a skilled Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service. This is a contract position suited for someone with a strong background in administrative support and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients in a courteous manner, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system by answering calls, transferring inquiries, and taking accurate messages.
  • Provide concierge-level assistance to clients, addressing their needs promptly and efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail to maintain accurate documentation.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook to support daily operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and timely problem-solving.
  • Monitor the reception area to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns effectively.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a front desk or similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Experience managing multi-line phone systems.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle concierge services and provide outstanding customer support.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
  • Ability to remain focused and detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.
