We are looking for a reliable, patient-focused, and highly organized Front Desk Assistant to join our dynamic team.

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Be the Face of Our Clinic! Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Keep Us Running Smoothly. Schedule patient appointments, manage calendars, and confirm upcoming visits.
• Insurance & Billing Support. Verify insurance benefits, collect payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Help Patients Stay on Track. Ensure care plan adherence by following up with patients and encouraging appointment consistency.
• Assist with Passive Therapies. (Training provided!) Help patients with therapies such as Spinal Decompression, Shockwave Therapy, Redlight Therapy, and E-stim.
• Multitask in a Fast-Paced Environment. Juggle phone calls, emails, patient check-ins, and administrative tasks effortlessly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a front desk, medical office, or customer service role preferred (but not required—we’ll train the right person!).
• Excellent communication skills—both in person and on the phone, as well as in writing.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player who is dependable, friendly, and proactive.
