Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Assistant located in Barnala. The Front Desk Assistant will be responsible for performing receptionist duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing front desk operations. Additional tasks include administrative assistance, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring effective communication within the office.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
Experience with Administrative Assistance tasks
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
