-Front desk clerks with Holiday Inn Express provide customer service to hotel guests.
-Primary job duties include greeting guests, issuing room keys, booking reservations, answering questions about hotel amenities, services, and surrounding points of interest, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Front Desk hotel experience is preferred, but not required. We provide on the job training.
-Must have customer service skills and a positive and professional demeanor.
-Friendly, attentive, and courteous
-Must pay attention to details.
-Excellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal.
-Previous cash handling experience preferred.
-Have a Flexible schedule, especially when training begins.
