Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Desk Agent at Fairmont Austin in Austin, TX. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, reservations, and effective communication with guests.

• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Receptionist Duties and Customer Service skills
• Experience in handling reservations
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality industry is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
