Role and Responsibilities: Responsible for all kind of transactions for any group that arrives at PLaY. Provide all
the right information of prices and packages of the day. Responsible for providing all T&C information prior to
receive payments.
Cash Handling
- Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and
that there is adequate change.
- Maintain clean and orderly check in-checkout areas.
O Answer customers' questions, and provide information procedures or policies.
O Guide customers with the products at the completion of transactions.
O Sort, count, and wrap currency and coins at the end of the day.
O Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records.
Time
- Be aware of the bookings for the day and any specific requirements
- Check the following week schedule and prepare adequately
Customer Service.
- Responsible for all walk-ins and group bookings coming to PLaY as the first point of contact.
- Ensure excellent customer service and quality delivery.
- Greet customers at the entrance and organize the initial registration and plan of action.
Maintenance
- Co-ordinate with staffs for any issues related to equipment/inventory for the day.
Customer Feedback
- Ensure any feedback received from any customer brought to the notice of the relevant reporting head
