Position Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are eager to build a career in US IT Staffing. As a US IT Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and connecting talented IT professionals to exciting opportunities with our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates from various job portals like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
• Operate Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Job Diva (training will be provided).
• Review and screen candidate resumes based on client requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' skills, interest, and salary expectations.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment activities.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with senior recruiters and account managers to meet client hiring needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (any stream) or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills (spoken and written English).
• Eagerness to learn about US IT recruitment and different technologies (AWS, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, etc.).
• Ability to work in US Shift timings (Night Shift – IST).
• Good interpersonal skills, with a passion for building professional networks.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn and other social media recruitment tools is a plus.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
