Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fresh Sales Representative located in Cairo. The main responsibilities include identifying and contacting potential customers, understanding their needs, presenting and recommending suitable products or services, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions, responding promptly to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Other tasks include participating in sales training and team meetings to stay updated with product knowledge and sales techniques.

• Effective Communication skills to articulate product benefits and interact with customers
• Strong Customer Service skills to address customer needs and enhance satisfaction
• Sales skills to identify prospects, present solutions, and close deals
• Experience in Sales Management and Training to support team efficiency and performance
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and willingness to participate in continuous learning and development
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
