Summary
Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end operational (inbound & outbound process) workflows and procedures within the warehouse.
Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficient Warehouse Operations.
Manage inventory control and enforce effective storage practices.
Lead and execute improvement projects to boost productivity and minimize errors.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain seamless warehouse operations.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Warehouse Supervisor / Coordinator Role.
Preferably a background in Statistic, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data management and spreadsheet tools.
Experience handling fresh products will be a plus.
Experience with cross-dock warehouse models will be a plus.
