The Role & What You Will Be Doing
Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the
French Speaking Recruitment Intern role will make an impact:
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System as well as monitor other incoming emails from HR stakeholders
- Support stakeholders with interview scheduling across Europe
- Support local activities such as audits, reports, translations etc. as required
- Engage and educate colleagues, customers and peers with the Talent Administration processes and Service Center concept
- Prepare recruitment related reports for the European operation
- Support the team with any recruitment related administration
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
- University/College studies preferably in Human Relations - full time studies in progress is a must
- Must possess a strong focus on customer service with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of management and external vendors via multiple sources such as telephone, email, etc.
- Must possess confident computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel
- Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents
- Strong desire to learn more and develop yourself
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing in English and French are required
- Any other European language knowledge is a plus
