Are you ready to take the lead on optimizing freight and shipping operations? Take on a new role in Plainfield as a Freight Analyst where your analytical skills and logistics expertise will impact our supply chain performance.

As our Freight Analyst, you will;

• Analyze shipping costs, on-time performance, and carrier chargebacks
• Maintain accurate freight records and support invoice-to-pay processes
• Manage relationships with parcel carriers and audit freight contracts
• Partner with logistics and operations teams to identify process improvements
• Support customer freight claims and pricing projects using logistics tools
• Prepare reports on freight spend and recommend cost-saving opportunities
• Monitor KPIs and assist in implementing logistics software and tools
  
  

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree or 4–5 years of logistics or freight experience
• Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Internal applicants must be in good standing with no active discipline
