Role Overview

As a Freelance Recruiter, you’ll play a critical role in sourcing and hiring exceptional candidates. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, all while delivering a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various platforms and tools.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from outreach to offer negotiation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting using ATS or CRM tools.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Represent the company brand professionally and enthusiastically to candidates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven success in mass-sourcing and mass-hiring across multiple functions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
