Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives for a leading logistics provider. You will oversee the implementation of IT solutions that optimize supply chain operations, warehouse management, and transportation systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, stakeholder management, and logistics domain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Lead end-to-end IT projects (e.g., WMS implementations, TMS upgrades, IoT integrations) from planning to go-live
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with operations and IT teams
• Manage budgets, risks, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

Stakeholder Coordination

• Bridge communication between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Translate logistics operational needs into technical requirements (e.g., route optimization, real-time tracking)
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and progress reviews

Technical Oversight

• Oversee integrations between logistics systems (ERP, WMS, TMS) and third-party platforms
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (EDI, API protocols, data security)
• Guide Agile/Waterfall methodologies based on project needs

Reporting & Governance

• Provide executive updates on project health (RAID logs, KPIs)
• Document processes and ensure knowledge transfer

Requirements

Must-Have

• 5+ years as an IT Project Manager, preferably in logistics/supply chain
• Proven experience with:
• Logistics IT systems (e.g., SAP WM, Oracle TMS, Manhattan WMS)
• Integration technologies (EDI, APIs, IoT)
• Methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall)
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot supply chain tech issues
• Fluent English (written/spoken)

Nice-to-Have

• Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master)
• Knowledge of last-mile delivery solutions or warehouse automation
• Additional languages (e.g., German, French)
