The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in generating leads and closing deals within the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and acquire new clients through cold outreach, networking, and online platforms.
• Generate qualified leads for IT services such as software development, web/mobile apps, IT consulting, and cloud solutions.
• Develop proposals, pitch presentations, and customized solutions for potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to align solutions with client needs.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development/sales in the IT or tech industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT services.
• Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, etc., for lead generation.
• Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and ability to work independently.
• Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines under minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
