With a growing portfolio and several subsidiaries, it requires strong financial oversight and process optimization. The finance team is expanding to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and improved efficiency across operations.

Job Description

• Enhance and streamline financial reporting across the group.
• Ensure accuracy in underhand work, POC accounting, ..
• Support finance team (4 colleagues) in controlling, accounts receivable, and administrative processes.
• Identify financial discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with the CFO and finance leadership to optimize reporting structures.
• Utilize ERP systems (AFAS, Lean Interaction, Fenis) to support accounting and reporting.
• Prepare analytical reports in Excel, Power BI (Write&Litex).
• Initial period requires on-site presence for process understanding and integration.
  
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Master's degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
• 3-5 years of experience in a finance-related role, preferably in project finance or construction.
• Strong understanding of BE GAAP and percentage-of-completion (POC) accounting.
• Fluent in Dutch & French (essential for communication across the company).
• Experience with ERP systems (AFAS, Lean Interaction, Fenis).
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to back up findings with solid data.
• Proactive and able to improve processes and financial transparency.
