Job Description
Enhance and streamline financial reporting across the group.
Ensure accuracy in underhand work, POC accounting, ..
Support finance team (4 colleagues) in controlling, accounts receivable, and administrative processes.
Identify financial discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Work closely with the CFO and finance leadership to optimize reporting structures.
Utilize ERP systems (AFAS, Lean Interaction, Fenis) to support accounting and reporting.
Prepare analytical reports in Excel, Power BI (Write&Litex).
Initial period requires on-site presence for process understanding and integration.
The Successful Applicant
Master's degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
3-5 years of experience in a finance-related role, preferably in project finance or construction.
Strong understanding of BE GAAP and percentage-of-completion (POC) accounting.
Fluent in Dutch & French (essential for communication across the company).
Experience with ERP systems (AFAS, Lean Interaction, Fenis).
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to back up findings with solid data.
Proactive and able to improve processes and financial transparency.
