Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and coach franchisees to ensure operational standards and customer satisfaction are met.
• Lead strategic planning and market growth initiatives, including new restaurant openings and enhancements.
• Collaborate with franchisees to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
• Oversee training programs to build a culture of excellence within franchise operations.
• Partner with regional development teams to support restaurant growth and reinvestment.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in multi-unit operations management (P&L responsibility).
• Proven success in franchise operations and leadership.
