Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Franchise Development Manager. The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing franchise sales, crafting business plans, managing franchising activities, generating leads, and providing training to new franchisees. This role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure successful franchise operations and expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience in Franchise Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Proficiency in Business Planning and Franchising
• Strong Training skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
