🔧 What You’ll Do

• Partner with trading teams to turn complex ideas into performant FPGA solutions
• Design, implement, and optimise RTL on cutting-edge FPGA hardware
• Own the full development lifecycle—design, verification, debugging, and optimisation
• Contribute to hybrid systems that seamlessly combine hardware and software for maximum speed and reliability

🔧 What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of FPGA architecture and RTL design (VHDL, Verilog, or System Verilog)
• Experience across the full hardware development lifecycle
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and build automation
• Familiarity with C/C++ and low-level systems programming
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A team player with a passion for performance engineering
