Experience

5+ years of experience with a background in financial reporting, planning, and analysis with exceptional financial modeling skills and accounting experience

Accountabilities

• Prepare month-end result vs forecast versions, budget, the prior year
• Exceptional Excel financial modeling skills – speed and accuracy are essential.
  
  

Prior experience building financial models that integrate income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow is a plus.

• Able to interpret and analyze business unit results for actuals, forecasts, strategic business plan, and annual business plan. Drive monetization of demand forecast to P&L
• Put together customer/channel profitability, trade spend analysis
• Conduct analysis on sell-in vs sell-out, incorporating channel market share analysis
• Review and validate the price setting in terms of retail price, retailer price structure, consumer discount, for harmonization within China market and staying competitive among the other brands
• Drive Price, volume, mix analysis
• Support campaign ROI analysis
• Enhance forecast accuracy in trade spend, strengthen expense management through process improvement and analysis
• Review inventory slobs risks and provision
• Identify risks and opportunities to support the business team to deliver financial commitment
• Conduct customer contract terms review
• Review customer AR and credit terms application
• Manage daily sales order progress
• Master file management, e.g. forecast database, cost center, costing, etc.
• Ensure alignment and reconciliation of business and financial systems
• Drive efficiency in financial analysis via Power BI
• Familiar with all accounting processes and push the relative processes’ improvement.
• Solid experience in designing and building PowerPoint presentation
