KTS Group is working with a hypergrowth AI-driven startup to hire a Founding Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead new business and drive GTM excellence. This is a rare opportunity to join a rocketship early, take ownership of the sales engine, and grow into a future sales leadership role.

The Opportunity:

• Close mid-market and enterprise deals at a company growing 10x year-over-year
• Help build the sales playbook and refine GTM strategy alongside the CEO and Head of Growth
• Leverage cutting-edge AI sales tools built in-house
• Career track to GM or VP of Sales as the company expands verticals in 2025

Comp Package:

• 💵 $100k–$150k base + uncapped commission
• 📈 Competitive equity
• 🌁 Office: On-site in North Beach, San Francisco (5 days/week)

You’re Likely a Fit If You:

• Have 4–8 years of AE experience at top-tier B2B SaaS companies (Series A–C)
• Crushed quota and earned President’s Club or similar honors
• Held 1–2 strong tenures (3+ years) at companies backed by top VCs (Sequoia, a16z, Lightspeed, etc.)
• Built your own pipeline from scratch—cold outbound is second nature
• Have a track record of excellence—whether in sports, academics, or entrepreneurial wins
• Are based in SF and excited to collaborate in-person with a high-velocity team

• Job hoppers (2+ roles under 2 years each)
• Candidates with 8+ years post-grad experience
