We’re building an AI company for commercial fleets — solving real operational pain, not chasing hype. Our users are sharp, skeptical, and short on time. We’ve already secured interest from major fleets and are co-developing with large enterprises. We need a technical partner to help turn fast feedback into fast product.
You won’t be “early employee #7.” You’ll be foundational — helping define what we build, how we build it, and how it gets into customers’ hands.
What you’ll do:
• Build and own the full stack — backend-heavy, but flexible across systems
• Integrate messy, real-world data and make it usable
• Deploy, troubleshoot, and adapt our product in real customer environments
• Translate feedback into iterations fast — speed matters more than polish
• Set technical direction and contribute to architecture
• Help shape how we scale: engineering culture, process, and hiring
You should:
• Have experience in B2B product deployment or implementation — especially where success means making the customer feel seen and served
• Know how to work with ambiguity, tight loops, and high expectations
• Be flexible — comfortable switching hats between prototyping, infra, debugging and shipping
• Be scrappy, fast, and biased toward action
• Be curious and grounded — you don’t need to know fleets, but you need to care enough to learn fast
Bonus if you have:
• Experience with data-heavy products
• Exposure to AI/ML — or the judgment to know when not to use it
• Worked closely with non-technical users (ops, field, industrial)
Why FURY:
• No fluff. Real users. Real stakes.
• You’ll work directly with the founder, daily.
• You’ll be shaping version 1 of a product with live traction and enterprise pull.
• You’ll earn equity, ownership, and the chance to build something enduring in an overlooked but critical industry.
