About SQUID
SQUID is building the future of consumer engagement. Our platform connects 500k+ users to the brands they love through loyalty, discovery, and meaningful digital experiences. With our newest product, Wave, a cross-ecosystem loyalty points system—we’re unlocking new levels of brand participation and user value.
Our Engagement Team, led by our Co-founder & Chief Customer Officer (CCO), sits at the heart of the company. It touches everything from consumer marketing and support to success, product design, and go-to-market strategy. The team owns some of our most important KPIs, including user growth, engagement, retention, customer satisfaction—and now, the design and launch of Wave.
We’re scaling fast and gearing up for our Series A raise. To support this, we’re hiring a PM / Founder’s Associate to bring structure, consistency, and operational power to the team.
Why this Role Exists
Our CCO is across a huge range of responsibilities- from board meetings and big partnerships to product reviews and problem-solving. At the same time, the Engagement Team is expanding and taking on more projects across multiple objectives.
We’re bringing in this role to:
- Drive clarity and follow-through across multiple parallel initiatives
- Build operational systems that enable speed and quality at scale
- Free up the CCO’s time to focus on the highest-leverage work
- Bring consistency to how the team plans, executes, and reports
This is a rare chance to get close to the engine room of a fast-scaling startup, gain deep cross-functional exposure, and help build the foundations of a successful Series A company.

- Own the PM-side of low-tech or lightly technical projects- ensuring requirements, timelines, and outcomes are clear and delivered

You’ll Thrive in this Role If You Are...
- A natural planner, organiser, and doer
- A calm, steady presence in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented but able to simplify and keep things moving
- A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and ownership
- Emotionally intelligent, clear communicator, and great with people
- Able to gently but firmly hold others accountable

- The yin to a fast-moving, creative yang—bringing clarity, follow-through, and structure
Experience We’re Looking For
