We're looking for ambitious self-starters, people who aren’t just curious about companies, but hungry to learn how to build and grow a successful company from the ground up.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is changing everything. But most people never get to see how real AI products are actually built, or how they're sold into the world. 


We're opening up a spot for someone early in their journey to explore the world of B2B sales with us. Someone who wants to learn fast, do meaningful work, and grow into a key role. Not by shadowing calls, but by building.


This isn’t an internship. It’s hands-on, high-growth, and high-impact. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team solving real problems.

If you're curious, ambitious, and ready to get your hands dirty, read on.


What you’ll actually do
  • Write your own outreach & come up with unique ideas and ways.
  • Talk to people who run serious businesses. Learn what they care about.
  • Build outbound campaigns from scratch: messaging, targeting, channels.
  • Run experiments. Share wins and flops. Try again.
  • Help us close the next 5 big clients, and shape how Mecas grows.


You’ll work closely with the founders, and if something works, we’ll give you more of it.


What you won’t do
  • Smile and dial 100 times a day.
  • Stick to someone else's playbook.
  • Wait 12 months for a promotion.


What we’re looking for
  • You like figuring things out.
  • You want to learn how to sell properly.
  • You’re curious about tech, business, and what makes people say yes.
  • You’d rather try and fail than wait and watch.


Experience doesn’t matter much. Mindset does.
