Description
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Coordinator is responsible for performing various administrative and operational duties to support enhanced administrative efficiencies. Responsibilities typically include analyzing administrative problems and recommending solutions, developing revised procedure and policy recommendations for the systems and infrastructure of the Foundation, and maintaining contact with management, supervisory personnel, physicians and patients within or outside the departments. This role has the opportunity to exercise independent judgment in devising and installing new work methods, interpreting rules, regulations and procedures and in making recommendations to superiors. General supervision is received from the Operations Manager, who reviews work for conformity with established administrative and departmental policies and attainment of desired objectives through conferences and review of reports of operations.
Estimated salary range for this position is $20.32 - $24.59 / hour depending on experience.
Qualifications
Degrees:
- High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED, or equivalent training or experience required
Additional Qualifications
- Associate Degree preferred.
- Three years experience working in operations or administration, preferably for a large organization. Experience in healthcare preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
- Planning and priority setting skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Solid relationship skills and capacity to align and lead different work groups to achieve the organizational mission.
- Must be able to take initiative, work independently.
