QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience operating forklifts or other industrial equipment Training from a certified forklift training program. (TESDA/NC11) Valid driver's license Skills & Abilities Ability to operate various types of forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, pallet jack, etc.). Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety regulations. Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception. Basic math and inventory management skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Strong attention to detail to avoid accidents or damage. Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods. Work Environment & Additional Requirements Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking Compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
