VPMM Group of Institutions is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Forensic Science Faculty / Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and practical experience in forensic science, criminal investigation, and laboratory techniques. Key Responsibilities:
Teaching & Learning:
Deliver lectures and practical sessions in forensic science subjects, including Crime Scene Investigation, Forensic Toxicology, Forensic Biology, DNA Analysis, Criminal Law, Digital Forensics, and Forensic Pathology.
Develop, update, and implement course materials, lesson plans, and practical exercises to meet academic and industry standards.
Provide hands-on training in forensic labs, helping students gain practical experience in forensic investigations and evidence analysis.
Evaluate and grade student assignments, exams, and practical work, providing timely and constructive feedback.
Curriculum Development:
Assist in the development and revision of the forensic science curriculum to ensure it is current, relevant, and aligned with advancements in the field.
Integrate emerging forensic techniques, technologies, and case studies into the teaching process.
Research & Development:
Engage in forensic science research, including areas such as forensic toxicology, criminal investigation, digital forensics, and the application of new forensic technologies.
Publish research findings in recognized journals and present at conferences, seminars, and workshops.
Contribute to the department’s research initiatives and collaborate with other academic and professional institutions.
Student Mentorship & Guidance:
Mentor and guide students in their academic, professional, and career development, particularly in the areas of forensic science and criminal justice.
Supervise student research projects, case studies, and internships.
Organize workshops, guest lectures, and seminars with industry experts, law enforcement professionals, and forensic practitioners to enhance students’ practical knowledge.
Administrative & Academic Duties:
Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and other institutional activities.
Assist with admissions, student assessments, and academic counseling.
Help coordinate and manage forensic science labs and fieldwork opportunities for students.
Professional Development:
Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in forensic science through continuous learning and attending relevant workshops, conferences, and certifications.
Participate in faculty development programs and contribute to the overall academic growth of the department.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
