Job Description:
This position involves handling inbound calls from borrowers regarding defaulted mortgages, providing exceptional customer service, and managing mortgage accounts using vendor-related software. The candidate must maintain professionalism, accuracy in documentation, and strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from borrowers regarding defaulted mortgages

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in foreclosure is required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
- Experience in the mortgage, escrow, servicing, or foreclosure industry is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
